Rendering courtesy of Related  / YIMBY The first official rendering for a new High Line-adjacent rental building from Related Companies has been revealed. Pro-development blog YIMBY published the rendering of 520 West 30th Street, which will rise 28 stories and bring 174 new apartments to the Hudson Yards neighborhood near the High Line in Chelsea.
